So I've been selling all my books on Amazon. Back in August I sent my last one out, it actually went to my school. Just got an email, his credit card is attempting a chargeback. I never put a tracking number on it and I can't find the shipping receipt. Pretty bullshit if he is trying to pull a fast one on me. Tempted to go to his place and sort this out, the Paulie way.

My experience is that Amazon protects sellers and tells buyers to screw themselves unless a chargeback is issued. Once there's a chargeback the seller is boned (even with signature confirmation) and Amazon will do shit to help you.

It's perfect customer service, they screw over both sides of the transaction.

Amazon doesn't have the greatest policies protecting sellers. I had one person complain to me that they ordered the wrong item and wanted a full refund. When i said i don't take returns they complained to Amazon who refunded their money. I then had to spend a few hours with Amazon sorting things out to make sure i got paid and didn't get a negative review. It was a $15 item

hahaha I went from Motown to Motown.

I grew up in Morristown NJ(first 12 years) then another 6 full time in Morris Township, NJ. I now live in Metro Detroit.

Not for disliking Jersey, just drawn in by auto industry and all my family moved out of NJ anyhow.
